FEATURES

Attendee Management

The Attendee Management module captures a list of all attendees through Sererra’s UI or front-end eCommerce checkout process. Easy notification of successful registration to attendees through EventSeries UI or SuiteCommerce platform. Allows registration of multiple registrants per event. Attendees can also be transferred to other Event depending on seat availability. Feeds directly into NetSuite financials.

Event Management

A centralized hub for easy review of event information and capacity. Easily control maximum attendees for events, # seats booked, and the # of seats available. Capacity fields are automatically calculated based on event purchases.

Event Calendar is also in place for visibility of past and upcoming events. Dashboards and Reports are available for Event Analysis and KPI benchmarking. Utilizes the Orders and Invoicing functions of standard NetSuite as integrated financial controls for billing. For Promotions and Event Tasks, standard NetSuite CRM may be utilized.

Waiting List Feature

The Waiting List feature allows the user to add their name and information if a calendar event is full. If/when an event space becomes available, the individual(s) on the waiting list are notified for registration.

Multiple Bookings & Reoccurrence

This feature allows the event creator to schedule the same event at multiple locations. This feature will allow for the user to set different event recurrances. Whether it’s a Single Event, Daily Event, Weekly Event, Monthly Event, Yearly Event.

NetSuite E-Commerce Integration

Ready for E-Commerce Integration to automatically validate existing customer / contact record on file, facilitate attendee registration and provide event capacity information as well as event pricing based on date of registration. Ease in payment upon Checkout.
