The Zoom Phone NetSuite Integration allows you to seamlessly make one-click phone calls directly from NetSuite, and quickly locate relevant contact records in NetSuite when receiving an incoming call.
When viewing a contact or other record in NetSuite, simply click the convenient “Call Via Zoom” button, which will open your Zoom Phone application with the contact’s phone number auto-dialed. When receiving an inbound call via Zoom, NetSuite will automatically search for a matching number in the system, and open the relevant record in a new window.

Efficient Call Management Within NetSuite
When viewing a contact or other record in NetSuite, simply click the convenient “Call Via Zoom” button, which will open your Zoom Phone app with the contact’s phone number auto-dialed. The call will be automatically logged in the NetSuite record’s communication tab.
When receiving an inbound call, this SuiteApp will search NetSuite for a matching phone number. If found, it will open the contact record in a new window. If the number is not in the system already, it will give you the option of creating a new customer record or updating an existing record. If multiple records are found with the same number, you’ll be able to select the relevant one.
