Drivers can load up the truck by sending a load order for a future pick up day. When the day comes, the driver can accept the pending load back into their handheld. LaceUp’s DSD route accounting software enables the driver to collect signatures for invoices, collect payment, and print the final invoice using a thermal printer on the spot. With LaceUp Proof of delivery, the driver can ask the receiver to sign on the device in acceptance of the invoice. Then the driver can print the invoice with the signature for the customer. All this information is sent to the back office where the team can pull up signed PDF copies of the invoices whenever needed.
