Overview
Enable shoppers to quickly see the status of their orders, including shipping and store pickup information, without logging in.
By default, order status is only available to customers who log in to their account and visit their order history. This extension provides a shortcut to shoppers so that they do not need to go through this full process — all they need is the order number and either their email address or ZIP code.
After accessing the order, they can see details about the order, such as order fulfillment progress, payment summary, shipping details (including tracking details), and any store pickup details (if appropriate).
