Job Opening Module: The Job Opening module in ATS360 tracks multiple job applications at the same time, offering an overview into the total headcount for each job posting and automatically tallying the balance headcount needed, through one unified system. Job Application Processing: Enables HR managers to process new job applications, moving through the entire hiring process including approvals and email communication, with ease.

Intelligent Resume Parsing & Career Portal

With the resume parsing feature, applicants using the career portal can automatically pre-fill the application form fields, thereby eliminating manual processes and generating high candidate interest in listed job openings.

Includes the Job Opening Listings and Job Search Engine features that enable a candidate to search for specific job openings on the company website, based on their skill set and also find a list of current openings in the company. The job applications received, are directly fed from the company website into NetSuite.

SuitePeople Integration

Offers the capability to create new employee records directly into NetSuite, by converting an ATS360 candidate contact to an ‘employee’ (on getting hired). The system also integrates with the Job Requisition functionality of SuitePeople.
