Blend ERP is a suite of tools that enable process manufacturers to be more efficient. Our Quality Control tool extends NetSuite’s robust item management capabilities, allowing your staff to quickly and easily define required tests, set control limits by product, and generate Certificates of Analysis.

Prevent Quarantine Products From Being Used

  • Ability to prevent items that have not yet passed QC from being shipped or used in the manufacturing process
  • Can be accomplished with or without the use of a "Quarantine" location
  • Items that fail QC can be shipped back to the vendor, scrapped, or re-worked to create compliant product

Simplified Analysis

  • All QC data is stored directly in your NetSuite account
