Blue Ridge S&OP / Collaborative Planning is elegantly integrated into the Blue Ridge Supply Chain Planning solution. The user experience is easy and seamless. All planning is done in the solution web pages and does not have to be exported to a spreadsheet. The planning views offer dynamic hierarchical drill-down inside the web page, so if the user does most of their planning at a certain level of aggregation they may also quickly drill deeper into the components of the aggregation. Plan simulations update interactively and are available for immediate viewing across the team, making scenario planning quick and easy.

Dynamic Drill-Down

Blue Ridge Sales & Operations Planning for NetSuite uses a dynamic drill-down capability, which is a differentiating feature that enables the planner to work at their preferred level of aggregation, but instantly drill to lower levels within the hierarchical structure on the fly as needed. For example, let’s say the person responsible for revenue is planning at the brand level, but wants to view the SKU-level plan. They can quickly drill into the required lower level and back up to the brand level. It’s dynamic.

Exception-Based Planning

The exceptional configurability of Blue Ridge Sales & Operations Planning for NetSuite enables exception-based planning that supports and enhances the executive S&OP process.  The key to exception-based planning is the Exception-Based Planning Manager rules engine, which enables the user to configure time-series comparisons. These automatically shine a spotlight on exceptions to acceptable operating parameters.

Fully Flexible Hierarchy Levels

Blue Ridge Sales & Operations Planning for NetSuite offers different dimensions of product, location and channel (customer) enabled in the hierarchical construct that draws on multiple attributes. The flexibility of the hierarchy structure enables it to be modified so it does not require an act of Congress to make a change.

Create / Configure Planning Views in UI

The planning views of Blue Ridge Sales & Operations Planning for NetSuite can be created or edited in the UI in a straight-forward, easy-to-use Template Manager. Authorized users can add new plan views as needed by either copying an existing plan view and making edits or creating one from scratch.

Integrated with Blue Ridge Planning for NetSuite

Blue Ridge Sales & Operations Planning for NetSuite is elegantly integrated into Blue Ridge Planning for NetSuite (SCP). This is beneficial both from a planner's and performance point of view. The planner does all their work in an intuitive web page with their custom planning view, which uses the same user interface conventions - “app-like” look and feel - as the SCP solution.  The Blue Ridge S&OP solution dynamically shares data with the rest of the Supply Chain Planning solution, meaning there is no file or API integration required between Blue Ridge S&OP and the rest of the Blue Ridge SCP solution set.
