Direct integration into NetSuite
Netix integrates directly from the cloud into the NetSuite cloud solution. Direct integration provides feedback on data imports that are reported and can be viewed from the NeTIX front-end. Data can be extracted from/import into many parts of NetSuite including Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices, Credit Notes, Stock Transfers, Purchase Orders and more.
Automated processing allows data to be received from partners and pushed automatically into NetSuite without any human intervention. Similarly data can be extracted automatically from NetSuite and sent to the Trading Partner
There is no software to install within the clients environment.
Multi-tenant and unlimited multi-user access and roles
The multi-tenant architecture of Netix allows clients to share resources with other Netix clients. This means that Trading Partner maps can be created once together with validation rules and every client can then have access without the need for re-development for each client. Unlimited number of users are included free of charge for Netix clients allowing the people who need access to the information they require. A Role based approach restricts access to parts of the service together with restricting access by Message Type (Orders, Invoices etc.), Trading Partner, Direction, Delivery Location and more.
Trading Partner Communication
Netix can communicate with your Trading Partner using any of the following protocols:
- Value Added Network (VAN)
- AS2
- HTTPS
- PEPPOL
- FTP
- FTPS
- SFTP
- X400
- Web Service
- Email
- and more
Web-based front-end including Advanced Shipping Note (ASN) Application including Partner specific Labeling and Reports
Netix front-end is access via an Internet browser and provides access to individual documents (even if your partner sends multiple documents in one file). Documents can be printed, edited processed into another message type to send back to the partner and re-processed into NetSuite or into the partners required file format. Validation and Document Editors all use the same configuration data to ensure that manual entry screens highlight and validate fields that are mandatory.
The Netix front-end allows entry of Pallet information, printing of labels and specific partner reports, ensuring clients can be compliant with their partner requirements.
PEPPOL Compliant
In the UK and Europe trading using the PEPPOL framework is becoming mandated. In the UK the NHS mandate that suppliers have to transact business using PEPPOL message formats and communication.
Cegedim are an accredited PEPPOL Access Point for the NHS meaning that suppliers and trusts can select Cegedim safe in the knowledge that they have passed stringent tests and procurement processes.
As a supplier to the NHS make sure your Access Point can provide direct integration with NetSuite as well as handling the PEPPOL messages and communications part to ensure you benefit from the efficiency gains that implementing PEPPOL can bring.
