Export Sales Orders (Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders) from NetSuite to DCL, Export Item Fulfillments (picked/packed) from NetSuite to DCL as a sales orders, Import fulfillment data from DCL into NetSuite

  • Sales Order (Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders) Export – Direction: from NetSuite to DCL – Online retailers can easily identify sales in NetSuite that need to be exported out of NetSuite and imported into DCL for further fulfillment. It is done adjusting an already created saved search in NetSuite.
  • Sales Orders – Add Items Fulfillments as Sales orders from NetSuite to DCL – Direction: from NetSuite to DCL – Online retailers can initiate fulfillment against a sales order in NetSuite (marked Picked/Packed) and can be used to create orders in DCL.
  • Fulfillment Import – Direction: from DCL to NetSuite – Upon fulfilling orders in DCL, online retailers can easily import fulfillment data (e.g. tracking number and fulfillment details) from DCL to NetSuite.

NOTE: Field mappings are possible as long as such fields are technically mappable (e.g. exposed in the API).

Never Miss Data

  • Data that is getting imported / exported from one system to another is stored on the platform until it is successfully delivered to a corresponding system.
  • E.g - an order is qualified to be exported from NetSuite, the order information is sent to DCL through the modern iPaaS platform. If a respective system is down for some reason, your data is stored on the platform until it is successfully exported/imported. An error gets logged and then can be re-tried with a single click of a button.

Customize It Yourself

  • Map data fields between NetSuite and ShipStation through an intuitive user interface. For data that is exported from NetSuite use an already pre-built saved search and/or add your logic that allows for even greater flexibility in identifying what records to use.
  • Complex business rules like hard coding some of the fields, performing lookup operations can also be setup right inside of the mapping interface.
