The Doozy FEFO Selector was designed for ease-of-use and accuracy. It provides the fastest possible way for users to select lot and serial numbers numbered items while adhering to FEFO methodology.

FEATURES

Work Order

Before the Work Order Issue of raw materials, available lot and serial numbered inventory can be auto-selected, eliminating the need for manual selection on the Work Order Issue. Lot and serial number specific pick lists can be generated to ensure that the right inventory is selected and issued into production.

Sales Order

On Sales Orders, specific lot and serial numbers can be auto-selected based on FEFO methodology to ensure that older inventory is being moved and not at risk of expiring. Lot and serial number specific pick lists can be generated to instruct the warehouse pick the closest to expiring inventory first. These specific pick lists assist the warehouse staff to manage physical inventory so that the oldest inventory is the easiest to pick.

Transfer Order

As inventory is moved between locations to satisfy demand for Sales Orders and Work Orders, the FEFO Selector auto-selects lot and serial numbers following First Expired, First Out methodology.
