A/R One allows a user to view, manage and take action on A/R accounts in a single view. The information in A/R One populates from data within NetSuite and is presented to the user in a graphical interface. The displayed information include previous correspondence, key contacts and open invoices. A/R One takes it a step further by providing dates for follow up which are automatically calculated based on previous call dates and expected payment. The user has contact information as well as the ability to email a statement of an account directly from this application.
