How it All Works
Employees just snap a photo of their receipts on-the-go with Expensify’s easy-to-use mobile app, and Expensify automatically imports the merchant name, date, currency and amount onto an expense report. Try it with the Expensify Card (for free) just swipe the card and there’s no need to track receipts! Admins can configure settings for any level of automation, so you can choose to review all expenses manually, or automatically approve and reimburse expenses that fall within policy guidelines. Expensify gives you more control than any other expense management system, while saving time and reducing human error with automation and a one-click integration with NetSuite.
