Scheduled Planning Data Transfer

Inbound Data Transfer from NetSuite to Oracle Planning Cloud:
The solution considers schedules based on which existing data available in NetSuite's ERP database gets transferred across to Planning Cloud via the usage of SFTP. This ensures that any supply plan that is run would take into consideration all transactions that happen over the course of the day, and planners and buyers can use the plan generated to execute the recommendations suggested. Data Collection schedules can be changed according to the planning needs of the business.

Outbound Data Transfer from Planning Cloud back to NetSuite:
For outbound release transactions from Planning Cloud, the solution leverages the usage of scheduled SuiteScripts running on a 15-minute minimum possible window. Files are transferred to the SFTP folder from which SuiteScripts run to pick up the file and update the associated transactions in NetSuite. For example, if a planner releases a planned order for a make item based on sales order demand, the integration would trigger to create a work order in NetSuite. Thus we ensure that when planning data is re-collected back from NetSuite during the next run at the business specified schedule, the released transactions are collected into the planning system to prevent oversupply suggestions. This also eliminates the need of manual reconciliation.
