Loop Integration with NetSuite
Loop is the exchange-first returns platform purpose-built for Shopify. Loop drives revenue retention and customer satisfaction by creating an ecommerce shopping experience inside the returns experience.
As Loop has automated more than 15 million returns and $400 million in revenue for Shopify’s most innovative brands, the Loop-NetSuite integration enables Shopify merchants to streamline the connection to the back-office features of NetSuite.
The Loop Integration App (Connector) developed by Nova Module is powered by the powerful iPaaS platform integrator.io (provided by Celigo).
Key Benefits
- As customers are incentivized to exchange their purchases more often than requesting a refund, automate the import of Return Material Authorizations (RMA) into NetSuite to accurately reflect the customer choice of return, export Item Receipt Records from NetSuite to trigger refunds in Loop, and import the processed refund from Loop to create a cash refund of credit memo in NetSuite.
- Robust field mapping capabilities and sync scheduling options provide direct access for integration management.
- Out-of-the-box solution can be customized to accommodate purposeful workflows for NetSuite specific setup.
- SaaS subscription product built on a true and modern iPaaS platform.
Functionality – Data Flows
- RMA Import – Direction: from Loop to NetSuite.
- Integration App imports Loop RMAs in Authorized status to NetSuite and creates a corresponding RMA record in NetSuite in Pending Receipt status.
- Loop Refund – RMA Item Receipt Export – Direction: from NetSuite to Loop.
- As RMA Item Receipt records against corresponding RMAs are created in NetSuite the Integration App uses them to trigger Loop to issue refunds for respective RMAs. Note: This data flow, like other data flows, can be turned or kept off if an online merchant automatically issues refunds to its customers (e.g. if merchants have 100% guarantee policy).
- Refund Import – Direction: from Loop to NetSuite.
- When Loop processes refunds, the Integration App imports refund data to NetSuite and creates either a Cash Refund or a Credit Memo against the original Cash Sale or an Invoice respectively.
