Item Fulfillment Consolidation

Consolidate multiple Item Fulfillments for the same shipping address into a single carrier consignment.

Automated Printing

Ready Freight includes printing automation which allows shipping labels, packing slips, invoices and other documents to be printed automatically to your printers - eliminating the need to manually preview and print PDFs in the browser.

Ready Freight is compatible with any printer which can be printed to from Microsoft Windows or macOS.

Shipping Estimates

Ready Freight provides a flexible shipping cost calculator which can be configured to use real-time rates from the carrier, a rate table, or a combination of both.

Real-time shipping rates from the carrier are quoted directly from the carrier's system using your contract rates. A markup can be added to the carrier rate.

Ready Freight's rate table gives you full control over the shipping cost quoted to customers. The rate table can be configured by postcode (or a range of postcodes) providing the ability to quote rates based on distance from your warehouses as flat rates, or weight brackets. Optional surcharges can be added such as residential delivery, hand unload, tailgate etc.

All of the standard NetSuite shipping rules are also supported, including free shipping if an order is over the specified amount as well as optionally applying a minimum/maximum charge.

Address Validation

Ready Freight's address validation will alert you to any errors with addresses on orders, allowing you to avoid delays in the warehouse by correcting any invalid addresses before the orders are released to the warehouse.

Email Updates to Customers

Ready Freight can send branded emails to your customer advising when an order has been shipped with a link to the tracking details and can optionally attach the packing slip or invoice to the email.
