Functionality – Data Flows
- RMA Import – Direction: from Returnly to NetSuite.
Integration App imports Returnly RMAs in Authorized status to NetSuite and creates a corresponding RMA record in NetSuite in Pending Receipt status.
- Returnly Refund – RMA Item Receipt Export – Direction: from NetSuite to Returnly.
As RMA Item Receipt records against corresponding RMAs are created in NetSuite the Integration App uses them to trigger Returnly to issue refunds for respective RMAs.
Note: This data flow, like other data flows, can be turned or kept off if an online merchant automatically issues refunds to its customers (e.g. if merchants have 100% guarantee policy).
- Refund Import – Direction: from Returnly to NetSuite.
When Returnly processes refunds, the Integration App imports refund data to NetSuite and creates either a Cash Refund or a Credit Memo against the original Cash Sale or an Invoice respectively.
