Quick Entry for your Rental Quote / Order

The feature allows creation of rental transactions such as Rental Opportunity, Rental Estimate, and Rent Order. This page is designed with good aesthetics and some e-commerce functionalities making it easy for the users to navigate and add items to the cart.

Quick Return of items back to Inspection

Facilitates easy return of rental items by showing a list of items for return and searching within the table. This can automatically map the items returned to the correct Rental Order and Rental Customer.

Calendaring Features

One of the calendars can provide a quick glance on how many items are available for a specific date range. The page can also show quantity of items on rent, on inspection and due to return, which in turn helps users to forecast rental item availability.

Reporting functions

Item Utilization Report - This intuitive report shows how often the item is rented out within a certain period. This report also shows other important metrics like Inspection Days, Repair Days, and Idle Days.
