Integrate Shipwire (an Ingram Micro brand) and NetSuite! You will be able to export Sales and / or Transfer Orders from NetSuite to Shipwire, get fulfillment data back into NetSuite from DCL; In addition, you will be able to export Purchase Orders out of NetSuite into Shipwire and get Item Receipts back into NetSuite! When a sales order is cancelled in NetSuite, the integration cancels a sales order in Shipwire (assuming it is not shipped yet). Also, the integration keeps your NetSuite sellable inventory levels updated from Shipwire to NetSuite, helps you update product data from NetSuite to Shipwire. Shipwire Integration with NetSuite

Shipwire provides a service that allows companies to reduce risk, cash outlays, and scale in proportion to the business. Using the Shipwire IA (integration app) for NetSuite, allows your company to connect to Shipwire’s global network of warehouses to handle either all of or part of your order fulfillment needs. Nova Module’s Shipwire Connector for NetSuite is built on a modern iPaaS platform (integrator.io) offered by Celigo.

Functionality – Data Flows

Never Miss Data

  • Data that is getting imported / exported from one system to another is stored on the platform until it is successfully delivered to a corresponding system.
  • E.g - an order is qualified to be exported from NetSuite, the order information is sent to DCL through the modern iPaaS platform. If a respective system is down for some reason, your data is stored on the platform until it is successfully exported/imported. An error gets logged and then can be re-tried with a single click of a button.

Customize It Yourself

  • Map data fields between NetSuite and Shipwire through an intuitive user interface. For data that is exported from NetSuite use an already pre-built saved search and/or add your logic that allows for even greater flexibility in identifying what records to use.
  • Complex business rules like hard coding some of the fields, performing lookup operations can also be setup right inside of the mapping interface.

  • Monitor all of your imports and exports from our easy-to-use dashboard. Dashboard tools include a stream of integration events, colorful and informative graphs, direct error resolution links and quick links to each of your integrations and flows.
