Never Miss Data

Data that is getting imported / exported from one system to another is stored on the platform until it is successfully delivered to a corresponding system.

There are several core data flows that are available: Bi-directional Customer and Invoice and Invoice Status sync. Also, Stripe Invoice Payment to NetSuite Invoice Payment, Voided Invoice Export from NetSuite to Stripe, Updated Invoice Export from NetSuite to Stripe.

There are several add-on data flows that are available: Import Stripe Charges, Import Stripe Charge Refunds, Export NetSuite Order to Stripe Charge, also Import Stripe Orders, and Import Stripe Order Refunds. One example of data that can be re-tried is in the Charge or Sales Order import data flow. E.g. the Integration App is working to create a new cash sale or an invoice (or even a sales order) but the mandatory fields are not populated. The Integration App will throw an error suggesting the issue. This error will be kept in the connector and on the platform so it can be re-tried after an underlying issue is fixed. So your record data is parked on the platform until it is successfully exported/imported. Errors can be re-tried with a single click of a button. Again, this is just one data flow out of several core data flows available in the Integration App.

Customize It Yourself

Map data fields between NetSuite and Stripe through an intuitive user interface. For data that is exported from NetSuite use an already pre-built saved search and/or add your logic that allows for even greater flexibility in identifying what records to use. Complex business rules like hard coding some of the fields, performing lookup operations can also be setup right inside of the mapping interface.
