Using the WooCommerce connector for NetSuite, online retailers can combine the powerful WooCommerce platform and the proven back office features of NetSuite. Nova Module’s WooCommerce Connector for NetSuite is built on a modern iPaaS platform (integrator.io) offered by Celigo.

Functionality – Data Flows

Sales Order and Customer Import – Direction: from WooCommerce to NetSuite. Online retailers can easily identify sales in WooCommerce that need to be imported to NetSuite for further fulfillment. It is done by selecting a WooCommerce order status (one or many). Fulfillment Export – Direction: from NetSuite to WooCommerce – Upon fulfilling orders in NetSuite, online retailers can easily export fulfillment data (e.g. tracking number and shipping methods) from NetSuite to WooCommerce. Billing Data Export – Direction: from NetSuite to WooCommerce – Online retailers can export billing data from NetSuite to WooCommerce. In addition, the connector can auto-bill sales orders in netSuite to create either a cash sale or an invoice (or both). Inventory Export – Direction: from NetSuite to WooCommerce – Online retailers can pick a location or several locations within netSuite which they want to use to export inventory quantity from netSuite to WooCommerce. Product Export – Direction: from NetSuite to WooCommerce – Online retailers can easily designate items for which product data should be created/updated from NetSuite to WooCommerce. In addition, product price can be exported from NetSuite to WooCommerce without triggering the entire product update data flow. Sales Order Status Change – After Orders are billed in NetSuite the connector can change the status of a sales order in WooCommerce – e.g. it can change it to “Completed.” This is done because WooCommerce does not change the status of an order on its own.

Never Miss Data

Data that is getting imported / exported from one system to another is parked on the platform until it is successfully delivered to a corresponding system. There are several core data flows that are available in various editions of the connector. One example here would be customer and sales order import from WooCommerce to NetSute. E.g - a new or existing customer places an order in WooCommerce and if it is qualified to be imported into NetSuite, the connector imports customer and order data from WooCommerce to NetSuite through the modern iPaaS platform. If a respective system is down for some reason, your data is parked on the platform until it is successfully exported/imported. An error gets logged and then can be re-tried with a single click of a button. Again, this is just one data flow our of several core data flows available in the connector.

Customize It Yourself

Map data fields between NetSuite and WooCommerce through an intuitive user interface. For data that is exported from NetSuite use an already pre-built saved search and/or it is easy to add specific logic that allows for an even greater flexibility in identifying what records to use. Complex business rules like hard coding some of the fields, performing lookup operations can also be setup right inside of the mapping interface.
