FEATURES

Full audit trail

Approvals provide the end user with real-time insights into the current approval routing and the history. On each transaction, an audit trail can be found that clearly indicates where the transaction is in the approval process and what has happened so far. Besides the transaction level detail, the application also provides an approval portlet for pending approvals and a detailed audit report.

Accrual postings

With the fully automated accrual posting feature the user can decide per transaction type and subsidiary if an accrual should be generated and to which account this accrual posting should be posted. The accrual posting creation and reversal will be handled fully automated on the background based on the company's preferences.

Approval by email

The approval by email allows all users to simply approve any transaction type by email. The approval email can be fully customized and set to include printouts of the transaction and even the original vendor bill when combined with Scan&Capture.

Bulk approval

The bulk approval feature provides users with the ability to approve all transaction types in just one general overview. The overview allows the user to drill down to the transaction-specific data to be sure the proper decision is made.

Group/User role based approvals

Approvals allow the end user to make approval routing based on standard NetSuite groups or user roles. The applicable groups or roles will become selectable in the easy-to-use matrix with just one click.
